Delivery Policy

At Evans Sweets Ltd, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find details of our delivery options and what you can expect once you place your order.

Delivery Options

Standard Delivery (3–5 Working Days)

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 working days

  • Available Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays)

  • Suitable for all non-personalised items

  • Cost: £9.49 Ex VAT

Express Delivery (1–2 Working Days)

  • Estimated delivery time: 1 to 2 working days

  • Orders must be placed before 12pm for same-day dispatch (This is not a guarantee and can still take up to two days)

  • Available Monday to Friday (excluding weekends and bank holidays)

  • Cost: £19.99 Ex VAT

  • Please note: Express Delivery does not apply to personalised or made-to-order items, which may take slightly longer to process.

Personalised Products

Personalised items require additional preparation time. While we strive to dispatch these as quickly as possible, please allow an extra 1–2 working days for production before dispatch. If your order contains both personalised and standard items, the full order will be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.

Dispatch & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with any available tracking information. If you do not receive confirmation within a reasonable timeframe, please check your junk/spam folder or contact us.

Delays and Delivery Issues

While we work with reliable delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. adverse weather, courier delays). Evans Sweets Ltd cannot be held responsible for such delays, but we will always do our best to assist and resolve any issues.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to addresses within Mainland UK. If you require delivery outside Mainland UK, please contact us before placing your order to discuss possible arrangements.
